Fun in the Sun

I think it goes without saying a girl can have a ton of fun on Miami Beach’s famed South Beach.  It’s where I spent a sun soaked week  and a half letting off some steam after a few  months playing studious student.  I have been working so hard, in fact, that I am  in excess in my salon hours and could take a little time off before graduation at the end of the month.   That’s right, the end is near.  Soon I will be finished with classes and all you sissies, subs, and cuckies who’ve emailed and IM’d that you’ve missed me will have me back in full affect.  My little confession…I’ve missed you too.  

Lip Synching for My Life, Honey

Okay, so the stakes weren’t as high as they are for Rupaul’s Drag Race contestants when they must lip sync for their lives,  but I was serving it just as fiercely.   After a day of liquid fun in the sun on the beach, we stumbled upon the most amazing of spectacles.  A drag queen strutting on the sidewalk across Ocean Drive and lip synching to Respect  while patrons of a pride flag waving bar sipped mojitos, danced, and sang along.  We crossed from the beach side of the street to the club side and joined the crowd.  How I found myself  sharing a mike and bumping butts with her is a bit of a blur, but I will never forget Ms. Thing’s Leopard print rockabilly style dress, and fire red  4″ heels and matching lips.  Sissies take note.
