Fun in the Sun
I think it goes without saying a girl can have a ton of fun on Miami Beach’s famed South Beach. It’s where I spent a sun soaked week and a half letting off some steam after a few months playing studious student. A drag queen strutting on the sidewalk across Ocean Drive and lip synching to Respect while patrons of a pride flag waving bar sipped mojitos, danced, and sang along. We crossed from the beach side of the street to the club side and joined the crowd. How I found myself sharing a mike and bumping butts with her is a bit of a blur, but I will never forget Ms. Thing’s Leopard print rockabilly style dress, and fire red 4″ heels and matching lips.
